Cranberry Elixir - Detox

MyPrivateCoach suggests doing a detox at the turn of every new season.
For a healthy detox, drink a Cranberry Elixir before each meal for one week at each season change, or whenever you feel you need to do a cleanse.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup spring water
- 1/8 cup plain, unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 tsp green power/chlorophylle powder

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and drink.

Variations:

You can alternate cranberry juice with plain, unsweetened, wild blueberry juice.

Serving suggestions:

We suggest drinking your first Cranberry Elixir of the day on an empty stomach.
